Whilst everyone on the team were all really helpful, Sarah at the Bearwood office provided an exceptional service. The pandemic presented a number of challenges, including a number of sales falling through due to changes in potential buyer’s circumstances as well the way in which people were approaching property. After suffering an unusually high number of setbacks I was quite anxious and stressed at times. Sarah balanced me out with her hugely positive attitude. I had the right assurances throughout, received excellent communication and Sarah went above and beyond to ensure all outstanding enquires were resolved in a timely manner. Agents don’t always know the stories of the people selling the property, but for most people it's a major event. If you want an estate agency that does not give up, works hard to overcome any challenges and offers excellent communication, then I from my own experience highly recommend the Robert Oulsnam team. I have experience with other agencies including those web based but in saving a few pounds at the beginning doesn't garuntee the best result for you.
