Had a really pleasant experience with Robert Oulsnam. From arranging the viewings to eventually buying my property after several attempts. Although the process was stressful, I was provided with regular updates & great communication from the whole team who made it easier than it would have been. Ben was amazing & provided me with lots of info & regular updates on the process which saved having to chase people. The whole process was speedy and took just a little over 3 months. Just purchased a house through Robert Oulsnam. It was a tough time where a couple of properties fell through but The whole team were supportive throughout. With the property I ended up buying, Becky was responsible for managing the process and I can’t thank her enough for her informative approach. She kept me up to date at all times, answered any questions I had and replied quickly to messages and emails with great humour!
