I recently had a property viewing with this agent and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The agent arrived visibly angry from the start and told us we only had a few minutes left, despite us being just 5 minutes late. She was dressed completely inappropriately for a professional appointment (t-shirt and shorts). She told me she had left me lots of missed calls and when I showed her my phone and told her I hadn’t received any calls - she said “that’s not my problem”. This was astounding as it was almost like she didn’t realise her job was to sell the house and we were the people looking to buy it! She scowled throughout the entire viewing and shut the door on three members of my family, including a child, before I had to explain they were also there to view the property. We were then rushed out and told to reschedule. I would not recommend this agent to anyone, and I’d think twice about using this agency at all.

They are thieves. Don’t rent or buy a place with them. They never communicate. You have to chase and chase. zero customer services including their manager.

Booked in for a valuation on Monday for the same week Friday at 11am got a call on Friday at 9.30 to say they had a look at location and they don't cover the area and they are sorry when they where given the location on Monday when booking in for a valuation

Would give 0 stars if I could due to terrible service. Rented out our property with them and paid for their so called 'gold service' because we were living a distance away so needed to have them keep regular checks on property and notify to any damages/changes to property. We visited the property after most tenants had moved out and found the property to be absolutely filthy, garden over grown, damages to most rooms and furniture we had left for tenants to use were basically stolen. We allowed one tenant to have a dog but on the condition the carpets were cleaned professionally and any damages caused by pet to be fixed yet the house smelt like dog mess, there was bags of dog waste left in garden (piles of the stuff!) and the kitchen cupboards had been chewed. Disgusted that we did not get ANY of the deposit back from this and most of the tenants in their care that did not keep the house in the same condition. Shocking and would really not trust them to look after a property especially when you are not close to check on the property yourself.
