FIVE STARS! ***** I never thought I would write this about an estate agent, but the team here on Hagley Road are truly magnificent! Professional, honest, friendly, helpful, humorous and they really want to help you find the home of your dreams! They make buying/ selling a home less stressful through their constant support, advice and great communication. Ben Palfry and Lydia Spencer are true stars here! (They are the type you'd be happy to spend an evening down the pub with!). Lydia accompanied me through many house viewings and was very informed on each property and a delight to be with. It took me about 14 months to finally buy the property I wanted due to Covid causing a delay. In that time, I was kept up-to-date at all times by the fantastic Ben Palfry. They also have a superb financial advisor they can recommend; Matt Stone. What a guy! He managed to get me a great mortgage with Nationwide who paid £500 cashback on taking out their mortgage. The whole team at Oulsnam Hagley Road were excellent from day one of our journey to sell our house. The valuation visit was carried out professionally and the photos Ben Palfrey took were fantastic. He made our house look amazing with his images and set it apart from the competition on the market. The first buyer through the door offered on the day and went on to purchase our house. We were kept fully informed throughout the process which was lengthy due to the COVID pandemic and Ben was always on the end of the telephone to advise and calm any nerves. Having not had the best experience with estate agents in the past I’m pleased to say that Ben and his team have restored my faith and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, in fact I already have to local friends, several times!
