Curchods offer a good service and were able to get our property sold even after the sales chain broke a few times. They leave something to be desired with regards to updates and keeping you in the loop of how things are progressing but generally we were happy with the service and would use them again.

On Marketing, Curchods did a good job of getting people in to see the property. We felt the viewings were a bit disorganised at times, but on the whole were happy with the marketing. They were very good during the conveyancing process, chasing up as required and trying to move things along. The feedback on progress seemed to be overly optimistic at times, but their tenacity helped get us through to completion.

Guildford town house
My partner and I recently bought a guildford town house. We dealt with Toby Miller at Curchods and have to say that he worked really hard for us, we had lots of updates which really helped. During the buying process with looked at other house in the town and dealt other agents including Seymours. Who lied to use and were very unprofessional. I can happily say that Toby and Curchods did a brilliant job and we are very happy with our new home.
