There were a lot of last minute issues and queries from my side that he went above and beyond to sort out thus making the sale go through on time. A good experience all round. I received sensible, informed advice about pricing and timing when I put my property on the market. Subsequently, the team were proactive in pushing forward the sale process and responsive to my queries. They wasted no time in putting the property back on the market and finding another buyer (within days) when the initial buyer pulled out. Bertie Russell, in particular, deserves commendation for going out of his way to address last minute queries from the new buyer and making sure the sale went through in quite stressful circumstances.
