I suspect most people know of Curchods long standing reputation and their expertise in the local property market. What people may not know however is their impressive record of support for local community groups, sports clubs, schools and other social activities. As Chair of Walton-on-Thames Cricket Club and Walton-on-Thames Beer, Wine & Live Music Festival I am extremely impressed by their willingness to invest in the local community and play their part in helping to make Walton a better place to live.
We would like to say a massive thank you to Curchods for helping us get our new playhouse, we are a small charity run preschool and thanks to you and Walton Charities our children have to most wonderful playhouse to explore. So from the staff and all the children THANK YOU
We are a local primary school and Curchods have been our sponsor for the last 4 years. They have supported 3 events this year with efficency and professionalism. They have made an impact on our fundraising total this year. Thanks Curchods for your continuous support.
Curchods very kindly sponsored The Sandfield School May Fair helping us to raise in excess of £3,000. The communication was very smooth and efficient and any issues with boards due to strong winds etc were resolved quickly. Thank you so much from everyone at Sandfield Primary School!
Thank you Curchods for all your help and support this year. We are truly grateful for all you have done for Cardinal Newman School.
Every think was easy and stress free, all done within six weeks. This is regarding the selling of 3 Queens road Guildford Surrey Gu1 4jj.
Jonathan and his team really impressed us throughout the process. We particularly appreciated the chance to speak to all the agents who would show the house to indicate all the best elements of the home we loved. Rather than just have our keys, I felt the Curchods staff really knew the house. Within a few days we had four offers from which to choose. Everything was dealt with efficiently and professionally from the acceptance of the offer to the completion. I would wholeheartedly recommend Curchods in Guildford,
Friendly knowledgable service, Lisa went the extra mile going out of her way to get my boiler serviced (a condition of the sale.) The property was sold with me being at the other end of the country, having a good agent was vital and Curchods delivered.
