A good experience all round. I received sensible, informed advice about pricing and timing when I put my property on the market. Subsequently, the team were proactive in pushing forward the sale process and responsive to my queries. They wasted no time in putting the property back on the market and finding another buyer (within days) when the initial buyer pulled out. Bertie Russell, in particular, deserves commendation for going out of his way to address last minute queries from the new buyer and making sure the sale went through in quite stressful circumstances.

We have recently exchanged contracts on the purchase of a property in Guildford. Albiet the sale fell through (due to seller), we had great service from Churchods, particularly with Bertie. We also had great service from the conveyancing solicitors HPL (Home Property Lawyers) who we were impressed with that we used them again for our susbsequent house purchase which di go through.
