I'm deighted as I was one of those who voted for your award! Justly earned, as I've had a really good experience:no pressure, courteous and friendly service, and I'd definitely recommend you.

Giving four stars because of the lack of viewings - but this was probably due to the slow house market and I believe Curchods did their best. I dealt mainly with Jessica in the Guildford office who was always lovely and very helpful. They kept me updated and chased solicitors when necessary. Thank you Curchods! Liz

Curchods were professional, showed great knowledge of the local market and provided sound advice on negotiations. They presented and marketed our house really well and dealt diligently with issues elsewhere in the chain when they arose. Fees were higher than other agents but the price achieved more than compensated.
