Just completed on our first home last Friday, and had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Bertie and Matthew from Curchods Guildford. Nothing was ever too much to ask, and both went above and beyond helping us with our concerns or queries. They were on the other end of the phone whenever we needed them, often after the end of the working day, and really helped propel our purchase forward... who knows where in the process we'd be without there help! My dealing with the sales team was nothing but exemplary and couldn't recommend them enough. I had the pleasure of working with Matthew, who was not only patient with myself (and my requests) but also quick to act when issues cropped up - house moves are never simple, and got them resolved in a timely manner. I’d also recommend their mortgage team as they were the only ones to get me the most amount to borrow. Tldr: Professional, Friendly and commutative (non pushy) estate agents - you'll do well with this agency.
