Curchods were professional from start to finish in selling our home for us. We were very impressed with the care that they took in not only selling our home but also in progressing the sale and we cannot recommend them highly enough. If you want to sell your home in as pain-free a way as possible, go through Curchods.

Prompt replies to all emails. Details of properties matching our requirements sent quickly and regularly. I always felt if I needed help or information this would be quickly available. The details of properties were clearly presented and easy to view. The service was better than many of your competitors! I am continuing to use your other branches to find our ideal property but we have reluctantly decided Guildford is too far from central London to commute regularly.
Reply from Curchods Guildford (Sales): Hi Ann, thank you so much for the fantastic feedback. We are so happy to hear you've had, and continue to have, a good experience and we very much hope we can find you your dream home!
Great hassle-free experience with Garry and Ben on our recent purchase, helpful and professional throughout.

Sandfield Primary School would like to say a HUGE thank you to the wonderful staff at Curchods who have helped with sponsorship for our Summer and Christmas Fair this year. We are a tiny one form entry school in the heart of Guildford town centre and struggle for funding and support from local businesses. Curchods have always taken the time to listen and support wherever possible. Last year the money they donated helped towards much needed playground resurfacing and this year will help buy Sports and Science Equipment which will be enjoyed by children at Sandfield for many years to come. Thank you!!!
