We have recently exchanged contracts on the purchase of a property in Guildford. The process itself was complicated due to the nature of the sale, but Curchods, and especially Matthew, made it as painless as possible. He was constantly providing updates for us, liaising with our own estate agents for our sale and all the solicitors involved, and chasing things to keep them moving along. He was always reachable by phone or email and booked in additional viewings, often at short notice, to accommodate various contractors and surveyors.
