Let down by staff who seem to think skipping a few corners is okay. Lost me a good buyer who wrote to tell me what happened after they were lied to by several members of staff. Would avoid next time. Edit. No this is definitely for Adam at burns and Webber and whoever the useless woman at head office at Curchods was who said she’d help but didn’t bother. Perhaps your record keeping is as abysmal as your customer service.

Pretty abysmal. Lied about a property and had I not found out the facts myself would never have told me. Would avoid. Edited to add - I have spoken to you numerous times about this including with your head office. I note I failed to receive an apology from the branch itself or an explanation for their dubious behaviour. I’ve had some dealings with estate agents over the years and thought I’d seen it all but dealing with Burns and Webber has been the worst. And that’s really saying something.

Worst letting agency I have ever dealt with! Not even located in your area (in my case Bristol) they are all based in London and are no help. Will not be using again and will be advising other Landlords against these agents.

It was a very stressful and annoying experience, as the photographer truly wanted to move EVERYTHING and she expected us to do it all for her, and regretfully she caused some damage to our sliding-doors in the garden room. An awful experience, very stressing, and she had a terrible attitude towards the customer. I hope the photos will be worth the pain.
