Worst company, never answer the phone, don’t answer emails, don’t answer WhatsApp, I have tried to get in contact for weeks and no one has responded, tried to rent a property heard nothing, tried to set up a viewing heard nothing, wouldn’t bother trying to buy or rent with this company.

Oliver came to do an EPC rating on 17th June. Nice guy and told me I’ll get a certificate in a couple days. A month has now passed, no updated EPC, No contact or response and no certificate! Absolutely abysmal of a company to use.

I was initially sent an out of date link - this was corrected when questioned. Then I queried the assessment of fully double glazed as "poor" and have not received a satisfactory explanation and my emails have gone unanswered. Not convinced the overall assessment is correct. Would not recommend.

Nobody responded to my phone call, they responded to my emails without actually reading them, online forms too rigid and no way to get responses to my questions. Clunky and difficult.

Really disappointed with this company. They carried out an insulation survey of my property and it took them 7 months to produce the report which contains fundamental errors. Despite the latest EPC recommending cavity wall insulation and that you can literally see into the empty cavity, these guys reported that there is cavity wall insulation already installed. I wouldn’t recommend this company for property surveying.

Very disappointing experience with this company. As a small business, cash flow is essential, yet I’ve been left chasing overdue payments for far too long. Communication has been lacking, and there's been little transparency or urgency in resolving the issue. I expected a far better level of service from a company of this size and reputation.
