I felt the communication after the sale was agreed was poor. I have spoken to the vendor subsequent to moving in and they agree the communication was not good and caused concerns which were needless. Also the board should not still be up weeks after completion and having asked for it to be removed!

I would really like to put in a deposit for a flat I saw online with this company but I cannot get a hold of anybody for the life of me, no email, phone, I put a viewing in with the website and all. Writing this review in hopes of actually hearing something back because I don’t want to let this place go.

Marginally impressive.

Punctual is the best I can say, 45 min to photograph our large house, no drone photography to many different excuses, haven’t seen photos but how quickly she worked, not expecting a lot, had a two hr slot booked

The photographer on the day was great. He was professional and informative and I liked the quality of the pictures. This was my 4th appointment with them (3 of which had been cancelled) My general experience prior to this appointment was abysmal. 3 appointments had been cancelled despite me rearranging my personal appointments to accommodate these. The third appointment I checked an hour before the appointment that everything is ok and the appointment would be going ahead. Once I hung up I was then emailed to say it was cancelled! As you can imagine I was furious. The service was so poor and I really didn’t have much faith in this company at that point.
