I haven't seen the photographs yet and this is part of the problem. The photographs may be good, but the photographer seemed to lack enthusiasm, was rather taciturn and uncommunicative. The main problem is that the photos were taken on May 18th and still today (May 31st) they are not on the website for my holiday cottage. At peak booking time this is most frustrating. I could have employed my own photographer locally and got this sorted in a few days Not impressed
Truly shocking experience with this company. Left me feeling conned, helpless and incredibly frustrated. After paying over £7000 to pay for a ‘reservation fee’ for modern method of auction on a property (a fee that does not go towards the capital of the property, but instead goes towards a speedy and ‘efficient’ delivery process). What started as a 60 day timeline quickly became 120 days for handover. 9 months in and I am still waiting. My initial point of contact for his company ignored my calls / emails so much that she was actually removed from the role and I was assigned a new employee, who respectfully , was a lot better at actually responding. However it was clear that she had very little control beyond contacting the sellers solicitor and receiving no response. Without going on too long as no one has time to read such lengthy snotty nose reviews, If you are able, avoid this company at all costs. There is no respect to the buyer and the money you have parted with, only to be ignored and told the same news for months and months on end with no attempt to rectify the situation. If you want to spend your time emailing and calling on a weekly basis for up to a year, and contacting an ombudsman then this is the company for you. If not, get out whilst you still can.
Same as other reviews told to submit a bit and seller would accept ,property was still at pre marketing. Once bid submitted the auction suddenly opened . Bidding stressful and unfortunately didn't get the property. Emails then received 2am next morning to say we had been outbid
Nadine was brilliant and can't fault her. As for my experience. I lost £8,000 so how do you think I feel. I asked for a £10,000 reduction in price due to problems and over valuation of the property after a more extended viewing. From the £170,000 to 160,000. And was more than happy to complete. This was refused so had to cut my losses. Only to see it go back on auction and selling for want I offered. As the new buyers will have also paid the deposit it means I am sold and the agents made a total of £16,000 from one property. No wonder they didn't want to drop the price and for me to complete. I lost my deposit of which I do feel that even tho I had to pull out, due to the situation do feel a partial refund would have been the amicable thing to do. Especially considering how much I am sold made from this sale and as the house sold for what I was offering
Today, 8 months after I withdrew my land from sale I received an email telling my they will charge me should I sell the land within the next 12 months! They couldn't even be bothered to reply to my many emails in Oct 2025 when they supposedly ' sold ' my land for an agreed price, then came back telling me the " buyer " had reduced the agreed sale price by a large amount. This company are a total nightmare. There is no way I could recommend them to anyone.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I listed my late father’s flat for auction through I Am Sold, via a local estate …
Buyers should be very careful with I Am Sold. Their own T&Cs say that where there is a reserve price, the seller may bid, or …
I’ve been trying to speak to someone for 3 days (on hold forever) and made online enquiry and nobody has bothered to call me back. No faith in this company !
A series of errors Floor plans at launch were incorrect schematically and numerical floor size calculations. Advert text was rushed and of poor quality, later explained as being due to staff working whilst sick. Incorrect personal data was shared on sales notices Viewing staff needed accompanying as did not know the facts of the house Whilst overall our experience was very poor, it is worth saying that Adam at the Godalming branch is good.
