Truly shocking experience with this company. Left me feeling conned, helpless and incredibly frustrated. After paying over £7000 to pay for a ‘reservation fee’ for modern method of auction on a property (a fee that does not go towards the capital of the property, but instead goes towards a speedy and ‘efficient’ delivery process). What started as a 60 day timeline quickly became 120 days for handover. 9 months in and I am still waiting. My initial point of contact for his company ignored my calls / emails so much that she was actually removed from the role and I was assigned a new employee, who respectfully , was a lot better at actually responding. However it was clear that she had very little control beyond contacting the sellers solicitor and receiving no response. Without going on too long as no one has time to read such lengthy snotty nose reviews, If you are able, avoid this company at all costs. There is no respect to the buyer and the money you have parted with, only to be ignored and told the same news for months and months on end with no attempt to rectify the situation. If you want to spend your time emailing and calling on a weekly basis for up to a year, and contacting an ombudsman then this is the company for you. If not, get out whilst you still can.
