Nadine was brilliant and can't fault her. As for my experience. I lost £8,000 so how do you think I feel. I asked for a £10,000 reduction in price due to problems and over valuation of the property after a more extended viewing. From the £170,000 to 160,000. And was more than happy to complete. This was refused so had to cut my losses. Only to see it go back on auction and selling for want I offered. As the new buyers will have also paid the deposit it means I am sold and the agents made a total of £16,000 from one property. No wonder they didn't want to drop the price and for me to complete. I lost my deposit of which I do feel that even tho I had to pull out, due to the situation do feel a partial refund would have been the amicable thing to do. Especially considering how much I am sold made from this sale and as the house sold for what I was offering
