We contacted Belvoir in 2015 after receiving poor service from another letting agent. Shona has consistently found us excellent medium to long term tenants who have given us no hassle. I believe this has been due to good vetting and not just accepting the first person willing to put down a deposit.

Went with Northwood for the Guaranteed Rent option letting out a flat for rent, and also for sale of another flat. In both situations I felt free to phone and discuss any queries or circumstances as they came up and at all times felt I was listened to. Felt completely confident that legal requirements and updates were being met without having to strain to keep up to date immediately myself. i used Northwood for over 6 years for renting and they have always been helpful when they started selling i used them again sold my 3 properties i put on with them in less than a month each no hassle greatt service and half the cost of other selling agents. I would never use any other company based on my past expierances Mr Campbell and staff are helpful ,knowledgeable and always kept me in the loop and gave sound advice when needed

I rented my mothers house out

I rented my mothers house out through them for the last several years. Always got me good tenants and look after the property, when I have spoken to tenants occasionally they always seem very happy with the support and service received from Belvoir. I am very happy to recommend them.

This was my first time

This was my first time renting a flat so I was a bit nervous about the whole process, Nick from Northwood was amazing in getting us sorted with the flat, responding to emails extremely fast and just in general being very helpful explaining the process, a couple things needing fixed in the flat and they got someone out as soon as possible to do this. I'm currently in the process of leaving the flat and have had no issues, the correspondence has been great and overall my experience with Northwood has been extremely enjoyable so I would definitely recommend them.
