In 2019, my husband and I made a big move from Malaysia to Scotland. After 4 weeks of house viewing, nothing worked out as many were disappointing. The Northwood Dundee Office team we met on the 5th week, from day one of introduction, to our first viewing of the Dundee Riverside property and to our last inspection visit, were wonderful and exceptional. They empathised with our situation and understood the difficulty we faced, where not many letting companies were. They made us feel comfortable, advised us on the best possible way to move forward with our application, provided us with all the information possible to ensure we got the property we wanted and made the moving in process easy. The property was as what the pictures were on their website and appropriately priced. Any time we had a maintenance issue or even a newbie moment of not knowing how things functioned, they assisted us in every way they could in an extremely efficient and timely manner. Even in the middle of a pandemic, their services never faltered and our moving out was smooth with no glitches at all. Moving home is a stressful time and Northwood have went over and above to make this super smooth and easy, they reply to any queries and issues very promptly and are extremely supportive i cannot say a bad word about their service and couldn't be happier. Would definitely highly recommend them.

We used Northwood???s guaranteed rent service for around ten years which proves how pleased we were with the service we received. Any problems with the house were quickly reported to us and with our agreement were fixed quickly as well. We also recently used Northwood to sell the house. Have used Northwood for a few years now and they have consistently provided an excellent service, totally relieving me of all the workload and stress that is associated with letting out property. My wife and I started to use Northwood nine years ago to market and manage our two bedroom flat in the West End of Dundee. The property was part of a former Mill Owner's house with large gardens, which had been divided into four flats many years ago. At the time we thought it required a well known agent with the ability to attract the right tenants and manage the property carefully, especially as the other flats were permanently occupied by their owners. From the start, the staff at Northwood have done an excellent job in achieving what we wanted. There was a particular occasion when a lot of work was required to be undertaken and Northwood worked with ourselves and the tenant to allow this to be done smoothly and competently. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. We have recommended Northwood to friends in the south of England and they too have been very happy with the service they received. We would be very happy to recommend Northwood to anyone requiring an agent to handle their property rental.
