Honestly really great. Spent months looking for a flat during covid, saw my place come up, applied within a few hours and they got back to me that day to put in an application to be considered before viewing. Due to the landlord being happy with my application I was granted a viewing. I viewed the property and emailed right after asking how to proceed with applying for it as there were several interested. Again super fast reply, well under 30 mins offering to allow me to place a deposit in for final checks and I received the keys two days later. There have never been any issues when I have had to contact them for any reason, whether by email or phonecalls - I've always been able to reach them which makes your time in their care feel that extra bit special. With other tenant agencies I've always ran into problems and I never had confidence in being helped in any way but with Northwood Dundee all the staff have been exceptional in always being attentive and competent in their job. Staff members stay with you through any issues so it'll always be only one member handling you through email chains which helps keep everything efficient & the correspondence always remains friendly and pleasant whilst remaining professional. I honestly have had such a great experience with the staff at Northwood Dundee that I'm so grateful for their time & appreciate whenever they've helped me out. During my time with them they've also updated their maintenance log system so you can now do this online so the job is officially logged and booked for repair and the system is accessible 24/7 for peace of mind.
