My wife and I started to use Northwood nine years ago to market and manage our two bedroom flat in the West End of Dundee. The property was part of a former Mill Owner's house with large gardens, which had been divided into four flats many years ago. At the time we thought it required a well known agent with the ability to attract the right tenants and manage the property carefully, especially as the other flats were permanently occupied by their owners. From the start, the staff at Northwood have done an excellent job in achieving what we wanted. There was a particular occasion when a lot of work was required to be undertaken and Northwood worked with ourselves and the tenant to allow this to be done smoothly and competently. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. We have recommended Northwood to friends in the south of England and they too have been very happy with the service they received. We would be very happy to recommend Northwood to anyone requiring an agent to handle their property rental.

Honestly really great. Spent months looking for a flat during covid, saw my place come up, applied within a few hours and they got back to me that day to put in an application to be considered before viewing. Due to the landlord being happy with my application I was granted a viewing. I viewed the property and emailed right after asking how to proceed with applying for it as there were several interested. Again super fast reply, well under 30 mins offering to allow me to place a deposit in for final checks and I received the keys two days later.
