I've had no issues with Northwood Dundee. All correspondence was polite, professional & friendly whenever I've had to contact them. Whenever I have had to contact them for any reason, whether by email or phonecalls - I've always been able to reach them which makes your time in their care feel that extra bit special. With other tenant agencies I've always ran into problems & I never had confidence in being helped in any way but with Northwood Dundee all the staff have been exceptional in always being attentive & competent in their job. Staff members stay with you through any issues so it'll always be only one member handling you through email chains which helps keep everything efficient & the correspondence always remains friendly & pleasant whilst remaining professional. During my time with them they've also updated their maintenance log system so you can now do this online so the job is officially logged and booked for repair & the system is accessible 24/7. Highly Recommend.

Great service when I had a problem with my rented flat

Great service, great support, my advisor was Katy she kept me fully informed and supported me with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend based on customer service and professionalism.

From January 2018 to February 2019, my wife and I rented a older style, three bedroom, renovated apartment property in West Dundee via Dundee's Northwood Ltd. real estate agency. With various experiences between both of us with living and renting places in the UK and Australia, I'd have to say that Northwood was absolutely stellar in managing and caring for us as their rental clients. Practical, professional, ethical and straightforwards in their approach, we always felt looked after. Any required maintenance on the property we lived in was equally well attended to and done to a pretty high standard via a simple to use, initial online log-in service, then with good amounts of follow up. Well done Northwood Dundee, to the agency's representatives that we dealt with over 2018/2019, on both top quality service, agency/renter communication and general property upkeep. Great friendly staff. Always lovely to speak to on the phone or via email. Best letting agent by far I have been with. Understanding and reasonable and allowed my fur babies to be with me at home as most letting agents nowadays don't have that to offer. Well done guys and keep up the good work! Excellent tenant find

We contacted Belvoir in 2015 after receiving poor service from another letting agent. Shona has consistently found us excellent medium to long term tenants who have given us no hassle. I believe this has been due to good vetting and not just accepting the first person willing to put down a deposit.
