I've never had any issues with Northwood Dundee and all correspondence was polite, professional and friendly whenever I've had to contact them. There have never been any issues when I have had to contact them for any reason, whether by email or phonecalls - I've always been able to reach them which makes your time in their care feel that extra bit special. With other tenant agencies I've always ran into problems and I never had confidence in being helped in any way but with Northwood Dundee all the staff have been exceptional in always being attentive and competent in their job. Staff members stay with you through any issues so it'll always be only one member handling you through email chains which helps keep everything efficient & the correspondence always remains friendly and pleasant whilst remaining professional. I honestly have had such a great experience with the staff at Northwood Dundee that I'm so grateful for their time & appreciate whenever they've helped me out. During my time with them they've also updated their maintenance log system so you can now do this online so the job is officially logged and booked for repair and the system is accessible 24/7 for peace of mind. To finish off, the reason why I left was simply relocation to a new city but I would be happy to move into a property managed by Northwood - especially the Dundee branch. From January 2018 to February 2019, my wife and I rented a older style, three bedroom, renovated apartment property in West Dundee via Dundee's Northwood Ltd. real estate agency. With various experiences between both of us with living and renting places in the UK and Australia, I'd have to say that Northwood was absolutely stellar in managing and caring for us as their rental clients. Practical, professional, ethical and straightforwards in their approach, we always felt looked after. Any required maintenance on the property we lived in was equally well attended to and done to a pretty high standard via a simple to use, initial online log-in service, then with good amounts of follow up. Well done Northwood Dundee, to the agency's representatives that we dealt with over 2018/2019, on both top quality service, agency/renter communication and general property upkeep. Went with Northwood for the Guaranteed Rent option letting out a flat for rent, and also for sale of another flat. In both situations I felt free to phone and discuss any queries or circumstances as they came up and at all times felt I was listened to. Felt completely confident that legal requirements and updates were being met without having to strain to keep up to date immediately myself.
