They are professional and proficient in dealing with property matters. I being a student have tried their letting occupation service. I'd give them a 9/10 while for the property 8/10

Northwood overall have been brilliant but their rating has been reduced due to the ending of the agreement prior to moving out :( To start with they want to start letting people see 2 months before you move out, the potential to cause you a lot of hassles over the last 2 months! However, I understand why. We ensured the house was clean and presentable and continued to do so and they never even told us they had it re rented out? We were still putting off appointments and arrangements and they never even told us they did not need back in! Very annoying indeed, especially when I work offshore and my time at home is limited and was seriously restricted for an additional week that it need not have been!! Then, we moved out and I have asked twice now about the refund on my deposit, the holding company for the deposit never got any reply, nor did I to 2 x emails? Almost as if, thanks for your cash, you are moving on, to hell with you. Wendy in the office is a busy lady and a joy to do business with. Very helpful. Like I say though, the end of the rental period and you let yourselves down a bit otherwise you would have a 100% rating from me. I think a lot of the let down anybody experiences via Northwood is not as a result of Northwood but the owners of the property in some instances. It will obviously vary from place to place but I know in Dundee they are a good letting agent and worthwhile considering.
PLEASE AVOID THIS LETTING AGENT-If you see Sean Lewis Properties as your landlord through them run a mile, he has been taken to court a few times over breaching tenants rights. The regional manager is the sister of Sean Lewis and pretends that she has no way to contact him...odd you can't contact your own brother??? If I could rate lower than one star I would, where to start. We rented a property for three years with belvoir and it was a constant fight with them the whole time. I suffer with severe asthma and it was made clear from the start but the flat was mouldy, they lied about the windows being double glazed, they left us without a working boiler for 6 months in the winter because the landlord refused to pay for it and the window was leaking for the entire three years despite asking for it to be repaired. It wasn't just an issue with our flat but the entire building and it was the same scenario every time. We would submit a repair request, they would sent someone out (eventually) and they would receive a quote which the landlord would promptly ignore. The attitude of the staff was appalling they're completely heartless and condescending, they couldn't care less that you are living in a freezing, mouldly flat, and since there is a housing crisis they know full well nothing will be done about it so they carry on as they make money off your misery. To top it all off they kept our deposit way past the legal allowance and I doubt they bothered to even inspect the property but I know for sure we left it in a better state than we got it. Good luck if you go with them, they'll be nice as pie till they get you in and then you're ignored.
