I contacted Belvoir! having worked with the Basingstoke branch in the past and having been very impressed with the professionalism showed throughout the process. Belvoir! Doncaster have been equally as excellent, and have been thorough and prompt to act on any queries or work required whilst they have been managing the property. They oversaw the installation of a new boiler with minimum fuss and i can't recommend them highly enough. A breath of fresh air following a terrible experience with one of the other established Doncaster agents. Thanks to Lorraine and the team!

We have been using Belvoir for an number of years now as letting agents for our two properties and I have got to commend them on their efficiency, professionalism and friendly staff. Chris Duffy leads from the front, he has high standards and he expects the same from his team. I would recommend Belvoir to any Landlord or prospective Landlord. They have managed my property for many years and have been second to none. Always very prompt in informing of any issues both with property and tenant. They provide good sound advice when asked, and have an excellent marketing procedure. All of their staff are professional, polite, friendly, with good communication skills and are a pleasure to deal with. I am confident, as an overseas Landlord, knowing that Belvoir have my interests at heart and that my property is being managed at the highest level. Definitely a 5 star company.

Can really recommend this agent. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and my checkout was simple and stress free. During the tenancy when I had occasion to report a repair it was carried out quickly, and I was always informed what was happening. At the end of the tenancy my bond was very quickly returned to me in full. I can honestly say they are the best agents I have used.

Very pleased, I picked Belvoir from their website and location. They responded promptly and explained everything and sent me the details and options through within hours of talking. Great response and everyone one is polite and knowledgable, if you are unsure about anything no matter how minor then the staff will provide good support. Everything went as planned and to timescale which was short notice on my part and a tenant was in place on the first available date. I went for a full package and from my point of view it is well worth it, absolutely hassle free and made easy I would definitely continue to use Belvoir and recommend their services. Thanks Ian.

Hard to find the motivation

Hard to find the motivation to compliment good service but have to say that the service received from Belvoir has been excellent for the past two years. Had awful experience with two previous agents but since using Belvoir everything has been handled superbly. As a an agent in London I have experience of many different agencies and very few compare. Good tenant was found quickly, rental paid in advance, inspections carried out without reminders, repairs arranged quickly and at reasonable rates and regular contact received and emails responded to quickly. Will definately be giving Belvoir my second apartment when it becomes vacant.

As a landlord I found Alicia and Katie , the property managers at Belvoir Doncaster prompt, efficient and professional to deal with.
