Not had too bad a service when you finally get hold of someone although a leak on the landing ceiling which was reported to the office and to the person completing inspection was never rectified. Personal choice to use them but don't expect to get your deposit back. Said leaking ceiling on landing needs decorating now (we are contributing towards decorating costs) and god forbid, some brick dust on the outside toilet sink. Beware!!!

This review relates to my 1st experience as landlord 3 years ago with a new build property, using a fully let service. Very friendly, helpful, flexible service initially however at the check out inventory various issues missed due to lack of photos from initial inventory e.g hole in living room wall to outside wall for installation of Sky, repeated deep scratches to stainless steel sink, damage to bath enamel. The hole was improved somewhat only after I flagged it, the other matters were put down to wear &tear. Belvoir were not helpful, friendly in resolving any issues at this stage. Having now had experience with another letting agency I know this is not the case. Prospective new landlords beware.

Told my friend she had a property . My friend gave her notice in at her property then they rang her back following day to say they had let it to someone else. Now she is homeless with her 10 year old son . Would not recommend

"Very poor customer..."

Belvoir recommended a cleaner to us for our end-of-tenancy cleaning. The cleaner ended up not doing a good job. Belvoir then took money from our deposit to pay for the cleaning. We'd already paid £200 for the cleaner that they highly recommended. So we felt this wasn't fair. Also, our rented property was not in the best of states when we moved in. The carpet needed significant improvement. The boiler broke down whilst we were there, and we had to wait over a week in December until the landlord decided to pay for parts from abroad. It left us with no hot water for over a week in the freezing cold with a newborn. Chris said make sure you wrap up warm! We found that Belvoir wasn't that helpful and not as professional in handing this situation. There are many other estate agents in Doncaster. I wish we would have chosen someone else as our experience was poor.
