Have been waiting over 2 months for a return of a deposit on a house we moved out of in june. It is almost impossible to get hold of anyone and they keep making excuses for why our money hasnt been returned

This company really frustrates me one If not the worst estate agent I have ever known. Even If they only do lettings. i have changed my comment due to the owners response not that i care about the owner but i would have thought a better response would be to be sympathetic to a tenants issues.

Usually the sign of a bogus review... no specific detail and no real name... unless you are the Mr. Sum who ran off with the oven at the end of the tenancy and complained when he didn't get his deposit back.
