BEWARE! DO NOT USE!

Don't use! I sent 23 emails that went unanswered and then, after months of knowing the date a tenant was due to move in, having not even asked for the keys or arranged the contracts they lost me my tenant! Totally appalling behaviour and they even lied. The fact that they have the word Professional in their title is an absolute joke!

Reply from Professional Properties: Hi Mr Balogun. So you give a 1 star review and accuse us of 'scamming' you out of your deposit ( I won't put any figures in this reply apart from stating it was 11% of your deposit that was withheld for cleaning and not all of it as you … More

I rent out multiple properties and have never used them since my first experience. My property was relisted with a board without my knowledge or authorisation. When I asked why they’d done this, the reply was “it’s what you wanted, isn’t it?”

Reply from Professional Properties: As a letting agent working on behalf of a landlord, we have two objectives. Firstly, to keep the landlord and the property compliant with all current legislation. Secondly, to maximise the return on the landlords property investment; of … More
