Be aware of this agency!!!!!! We have almost one year broken boiler, they wasnt want to repair it. Now after one year they was send company whichone was telling this boiler is death, it need to be change. So we was telling that we dont will be pay rent. They starting with conviction throw us. We was contacting Citizen advice and lawyer, but you really be carefull. They dont repair you nothing and they will want just money. If you looking house dont take from them nothing!!!!!
