Ironic that they call themselves professional properties

I'm neither a tenant or a landlord. We were scheduling viewings for their properties. They were well aware that we are coming from London to Derby to see the house but they waited 3h after the property was let to let us know that there is no point of coming when we were halfway already. They also don't respond to emails and will avoid answering questions they don't want to answer - those will just be ignored no matter how many times you ask. How ironic that they call themselves professional properties. Couldn't be further from truth.

Beware future tenants

To all potential future tenants. Beware of this letting agency keeps money from deposit for ''damages'' that already exist in the house. They say from day one that they are aware of this for example a rusty oven, mould on the walls etc and in the end the tenants are charged. They are supposed to fix the issues but this never happens, so they keep the damages so as they charge the next tenant and so on. I keep searching the internet and every time I find out they do the same to many other victims. There is something fishy going on with them so please spare your money and go somewhere else that you may find honesty.
