Awful company! Avoid at all costs, Me and my wife moved from our really nice flat just to be with a different agency. Its so refreshing being with a company that does not charge disgustingly high admin charges, speak to me like dirt, lie to me or take forever to fix very simple problems with the property. On moving into the "Professional Property" their was no hot water due to a fault with the immersion heater. This took 90 days to fix. This is only one example among many of their extremely poor service. To summarize, they are money grabbing crooks who do not care about the tenants or their landlords.

When we first moved in they treated us really well, after the first year we started having problems which took forever to sort out, phone calls were never returned, neither were emails, we were constantly having to phone to find out what was happening, it got to the point where our toilet had been disconnected and we spent two weeks using a bucket to flush, and the plumber turned up unannounced 3 weeks after we had made the complaint. That was finally settled but since moving out we have waited three weeks for our deposit, again, no phone calls or emails to tell us what was happening, at our final inspection we were told it would only need a light clean and should cost no more than £100, having finally found out what was happening we have actually been charged £200. The landlady also tried to charge us for the having the bath resealed, an issue that had been reported twice before we moved out. Thank you to the two people that have actually bothered to help us and keep in contact but otherwise I wouldn't recommend them.

So guys lets not waste your time on this service and look out better ones..if his service providers are fake and scammers, then how this company is going to be???

I live in Canterbury, though was moving to derby. Therefore, I contacted and arranged rental viewings with Professional Properties. Firstly, they do not keep to arranged/confirmed viewings. Frustratingly, cancel viewing for pitiful reasons. The correspondence and communication is dreadful. Lastly, given the distance I lived from derby, they have no interest in customer concerns. This property agency is truly appalling. From my experience I advice cautions if letting a property off this company.

Utter, absolute joke of a property agent. Do not rent through these people as you are a commodity there to make them money and they do not care one single iota about you as a tenant. Smug, condescending attitude and completely and totally unhelpful to the point that they will make you angry beyond words. They do not return phone calls, they do not write down what you have agreed with them and then deny that you ever had a conversation with them. Complete joke. They should be renamed UnProfessional properties.

I cannot express how happy I am to finally be out from under these people. Horrid. Just don't do it.

Avoid this company! I had a hideous experience with them that cost around £2,500 to sort out. They wrote to the MD three times - not once got a response. Shocking stuff.

These are by far the worst letting agent going not 1 of there staff is professional they talk to you like crap and treat you like crap once you have signed and payed your deposit they don't care all there bothered about is that payment transfer on the 1st of every month useless company horrible staff please choose a different company to rent with !!

AWFUL letting agents. I have used different agents in the past and have not been so annoyed and disappointed ever before. I let a property out through 'professional' properties and they are shocking!! Every time you call them the person you want to speak to is conveniently 'just on another call'. They never ever call you back no matter how many messages you leave or emails you send. I can't believe they get away with such shoddy and rude service. They are happy to take your money each month for managing your letting but the moment you want them to do anything you will be waiting a long long time and with no apology. I would put them on a par with Talk Talk for customer service. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE..
