Have been waiting over 2 months for a return of a deposit on a house we moved out of in june. It is almost impossible to get hold of anyone and they keep making excuses for why our money hasnt been returned

This company really frustrates me one If not the worst estate agent I have ever known. Even If they only do lettings. i have changed my comment due to the owners response not that i care about the owner but i would have thought a better response would be to be sympathetic to a tenants issues.

Should be called unprofessional properties as they i have no professional qualities about them. DO NOT have any dealings with this service provider.
