I spoke with someone named Plavo, and unfortunately, he was not very helpful at all. Despite his promises to provide updates, I found myself making multiple calls to get any information. I reached out starting at 9 AM, and after a lot of back and forth, we were still in the dark by 11 AM. I have a job and simply don’t have the time to chase after updates. It's frustrating when you're relying on professionals to handle your concerns. If you're considering this agency, I would suggest looking into others, like Move Revolution, who seem to have a better reputation for customer service. Save yourself the hassle!
