We have taken back the property from them. Never again Update I have now received the property back from their full management They where treating the property how they pleased without any inspections in between The property is destroyed I’m now renovating it spending 50k Also because one of the tenants is unemployed the legal team said it reached the contract of the insurance. This information was not conveyed to me by streets ahead lower addiscombe road They have no clue what’s going on other than taking 15% of the rent every month It’s so bad Genuinely don’t use them It’s un believable how bad this particular estate agency runs their business I have complained to them through official channels and other than an automated response there was nothing after 2 months I have given up. So if you are with them this is my advise Take it if you value your property I send an email to the one given by them from below and no response till today 31/08/2025
