We recently purchased a property in the Croydon area. During this process we dealt with many estate agents in the area and Streets Ahead were certainly the most professional. Jennifer took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for and called us immediately when something came available, a different attitude to the 'just keep checking our website' that we got from many other agents or no calls at all. Now that we've found something I'm going to miss speaking to the girls in the office and when we come to sell we will definitely use Street Ahead!

Having spent a year looking for houses and a number of houses fallen through, we were losing the will to live with our house search and with estate agents in general. We actually ended up purchasing our property through a different agent as that’s what came up at the right time, but wanted to commend Eve for her great service.

Thank you Billie! My husband and I so wanted to find a nice flat that would not only suit our existing needs but also that of our son. Our initial searches seemed futile and was disappointing. However, Billie stepped in, grasped the situation and ensured that she understood or needs. She even volunteered on one occasion to drive me to my bus stop (very surprising). Our flat on is a two bed, slick, less than a year inhabited, close to a bus stop and supermarket, parks, bowling club, leisure center and lots of greenery. Excellent. We are extremely happy for our flat and we will make it our home for now as going forward we would like to move into our own home. L

Anthony Gaunt was the agent who got back to my initial message, he really listened to what i was looking for and suggested a number of very suitable properties. He was a pleasure to deal with, he always made an effort to answer my calls and if he couldn't he would always get back to me later on that day. Also because i work full time including Saturdays, he scheduled my appointments for after work which really helped...........the whole process was quick and pain free, im looking forward to moving into my new home yay!! An excellent and friendly service was Provided by Cameron when renting out the property, he was quick to make arrangements to to get everything ready so that I could have the property ready to move in by the date initially agreed.
