We worked with Streets Ahead on the purchase of a property and the experience was mixed but overall positive. On the positive side, Saphire was extremely helpful and efficient in the handling of the conveyancing, and often unblocked delays where the solicitor was failing to take control of the process. Our negotiations with the vendor on the sale price (via Streets Ahead) was less positive and I felt we could have been supported more vigorously when the vendor refused to contribute fairly to some substantial house repair costs and when the agreement on white goods was altered significantly at a late stage. Overall, however, I found the service efficient and friendly.

A very good experience overall. We were being looked after by Eve who unlike other estate agents actually listened to what we wanted and our priorities, which meant Streets Ahead didn't fill up our inbox's with useless properties that were well outside our price range (unlike most of the other estate agents that we had contacted). She was also nice, polite and unobtrusive while we were visiting properties, another quality which was greatly appreciated.

We are first time buyers and grew tired very quickly of having to chase estate agents to let us know about properties, or waiting to receive phone calls that never came. Jennifer was a pleasant surprise from the norm - extremely helpful and proactive, regularly calling to let us know about properties that might be of interest, and being supportive and friendly when told that we were pursuing a property with another agent.
