Saphire was great at keeping me updated on the sale

I would like to thank Eve and Saphire for a great service and helping us find the right home.

We used Streets Ahead for the sale of our flat and purchase of a new property in October 2015. As we'd already seen somewhere we liked, Streets Ahead were very quick in getting our property on the market for us and we had an open day booked within a week of the property going on sale, with over 20 people coming to view it. We got a sale from the first viewing and achieved above the asking price. The most important part of the service for me was Saphire King-Harris - she's a sales progressor who works on getting things completed for you. She was friendly and exceptionally helpful. We had a complicated time with our sale and purchase but she worked tirelessly to get everything done and was far more helpful than our own solicitor ended up being. Streets Ahead were not the cheapest estate agent we met with, but we went with them and they did deliver everything they said they would. Would recommend them.

Great persistence and support from Saphire King-Harris at Streets Ahead. Having previously had a sale fall through, Streets Ahead gave me confidence that they could get the job done and despite many complications along the way, they delivered. Saphire handled things very well for a number of weeks and kept things moving along, supporting both me and the buyer. Very few negatives considering the circumstances but there were a couple of cases of communication breakdowns which could perhaps have been handled better and more proactively. But overall they did a very good job.

It was indeed a pleasant experience buying our new home through Streets Ahead and dealing with Saphire King-Harris in the process. Saphire was very professional and had a calming effect even when things seemed not to be going in the planned direction. i found the way Saphire and Patrick, followed up with all parties and provided up-to-date information, very helpful and reassuring. On this experience, I will rate Streets Ahead very highly.

Of all the estate agents we dealt with these guys were by far the best. Jennifer Vergerson in particular was outstanding at dealing with our requirements, not once did we see a property that was irrelevant. Great job, we'll be back to you if we ever decide to sell.
