Very little communication especially in times of need. Still waiting on the remainder of my deposit after over three months although I have been charged for a standard clean for the next tenant! Pitty it was not cleaned for when I moved in, the fridge freezer didn’t even have any doors! Anyway nobody seems to give a monkeys so will just have to keep waiting! Good luck if you get Cherelle as your property manager, hope u have a lot of hair to pull out!

I have had traumatizing experience with them. They offered me a property with no gas connection. They misled me by stating that gas would be installed in 3 hours once I move in. Unfortunately the issue was bigger than three hours as stated. I requested to withdraw the the process, they forced me to still wait and that the issue will be resolved in a day. A day became four days, I was so devastated and requested a full refund of my rent and deposit. The staff started telling stories that well you signed the contract and so you cannot just cancel it. I said how do you expect me to live in a property without gas? Cut story short , this agent is a scum. Up to now am still waiting for my money which they still havent refunded telling me it would take 5 working days. They are so corny and dodgy. As am talking my solicitor will be dealing with my case as they are still holding my money. Theyre so horrible without no sense of humour. How do u expect someone to live in a property without gas considering the weather.

Very bad experience with the estate agents. They are more than rude !! After so many years I’ve paid them so much money and they still treated me as they want to steal all my deposit!! I renovated the whole flat and they were still looking to charge me for the cheap laminate floor panels discoloured from the sun asking for 3k !!!

Traumatic experience as a customer. They’re only nice until you sign the deal with them, all they care about it their own money. They also apply fees higher than 8% yearly which is not legal.

Traumatic experience- I’ve phoned them up saying I would be late by 2 days with my rent payment as I’m abroad and they’ve sent me a termination of contract as a reply. Not to mention they refused to send me my contract from this year as it was extended so I’ve only got a contract for one year which would appear as if I was homeless for a year even though I have been clearly paying my bills and council tax! This company is a fraud!!

Awful experience with them, they’re really rude and unprofessional. I used to like them but after how I’ve been treated last time I’ve moved to a different agency and it’s far better now - I’m glad that the nightmare with Streets Ahead is over!!
