Eve took the time out to get to know us as a family, always friendly and a pleasure to speak to. She made it her mission to find us a new home, proactively calling to keep us posted on new properties and accommodating viewings where she could to fit in around work and school. Unfortunately our purchase fell through as the vendor pulled out, no fault of Streets Ahead and we could have lost our sale but Saphire King- Harris who is the Sales Progressor did an amazing job with reassuring our buyers and keeping all parties happy. When we were given only a week to exchange this is where Saphire came into her own, without her relentless chasing down solicitors and estate agents for answers and pushing for progress, keeping all parties updated ,we wouldn’t have made the deadline. Streets ahead listened to my requirements with respect to finding an investment opportunity with potential either for development uplift or to create into a multi unit investment. They quickly found me a deal quite quickly and were very supportive in helping me arrange multiple viewings and to negotiate good terms with the vendor to help us get the deal over the line. Due to the complicated nature of the transaction, the transaction took a long time to complete and we had to deal with a very difficult and non responsive freeholder, and Streets ahead, and in particular the sales progressor, a lady called Saphire King Harris, was extremely supportive, proactive, helpful and patient in dealing with the other side and their lawyers. We recently sold our property through Streets Ahead. We were very happy with their service. Initially I dealt with Harley Perrio who was very fast to put the flat on the market for us. After which Saphire King-Harris did the follow up. I was very pleased with the customer service. Communication was excellent. Saphire was always available and continually in contact with me with updates and follow up. The buyers were very tiresome with numerous ongoing queries, however Saphire handled and sorted out all the issues. Earlier in the year we rented through Streets Ahead in Addiscombe, and we have now just completed on a purchase of a property also through Streets Ahead. Patrick assisted us with the rental side of things, and Saphire-King Harris (Sales Progressor) helped with our purchase. The purchase was very complicated (involving multiple people in the chain) and it took nearly 10 months to complete. During this time, Saphire was fantastic in keeping us updated, and she coordinating our purchase with absolute professionalism and we would like to thank her personally.
