I recently attended Homes Partnership's free landlord hub. I am new to the property market and found the evening to be extremely useful. The event was not at all sales driven and was more about giving free and useful advice. I learned a lot about the locations I should invest in and what sort of yield I should be looking for. No doubt that I will be back in touch when I am ready to make my investment.

Having previously used homes partnership before i would only consider using them a second time. Second time round they were brilliant just like the first time. Always in contact with updates always happy to help and answer questions. Really were happy to take there time and explain things to us as it was my grandmother selling up and she wanted to make sure she understood everything. Now were at completion and its great gone so fast. Wow what a superb service we had from Homes! Had marketed our property with 2 other local agents who let us down badly so went to Homes with some reservations. Paul immediately put our minds at rest, he was very honest and we sold the property within 5 days. Great result! This was followed up by excellent service from Sarah in admin who kept us informed every step of the way up to completion yesterday.
