Dear Alexandra I am very sorry to receive this one star review and negative feedback, without further information it is impossible for me to identify you or your experience with my company. As you can tell from other reviews, your comments are unusual, so I would like the opportunity to look into this further. Please feel free to contact me direct tracy@homes-partnership.co.uk or my colleague adam@homes-partnership.co.uk or you can call us on the main office number 01293 529999 Monday to Friday. Dear Ms Cordier, Thank you for your message and I apologise that you feel you have had a poor service. I have been assured by my team this was not the case. The aborted tenancy was in fact a result of more people moving into the property than initially disclosed by yourself and the landlord rejecting this proposal (which was made just days before moving in). Whilst we cannot discuss any further intimate details of your proposed tenancy via this medium, I do want to see if I can be of assistance to you. I will make contact with you today so I look into this in more detail, however if you want to contact me yourself you can do so by calling 01293 529999 or emailing me on adam@homes-partnership.co.uk. I look forward to speaking with you shortly. Regards Adam Charlton Director of Operations 01293 529999 adam@homes-partnership.co.uk

NEVER BELIEVE WHAT THEY TELL YOU WHEN YOU GO TO VISIT A PROPERTY !!!!!!The worst agency ever ,no communication between the agents and if you ask to talk to the guy that showed you the house and you talked about the things that dont like and you want changed and he said "sure" /"of course you can do this" ,they will tell you hes not available or "you dont have proof of this in an email " so basically their word is useless . I'm really curious how will the person responsible in replying to this review will do that ,will you tell me that you dont have records of me because I have so many emails from your very incapable agent in which she contradicts herself from one email to the next one just because she saw we are not stupid and will not let her take money from us for things that were there when we moved in the property . And we asked to talk to a manager so many times but he was never available!!!!

Dear Adriana Thank you for including your full name in order that I can identify your case. Deposit disputes can be very stressful as it would seem has been the case for you. I am very sorry to see that you feel your experience has been so poor, as you can see from other reviews this is very rare and I therefore take this very seriously. If you would like to discuss the end of tenancy process and details relating to your case, or to make a formal complaint, please contact myself tracy@homes-partnership.co.uk or my colleague adam@homes-partnership.co.uk who directly oversees the lettings department. Both of us can be contacted on 01293529999 Monday to Friday.

Talk the talk but don't walk the walk. We went on the market with homes partnership last year. Paul defiantly gives a good sales pitch. They have all the shiny brochures, websites etc. But at the end of the day if you can't follow through what you say you'll do and deliver then it's no good. Unfortunately our chain fell apart and we later found out through another agent this had been concealed from us. For them it may be just a job but moving is a stressful event and if they had just been honest about this the outcome could have been much better. Wouldn't recommend at all. If you want a friendly estate agent check out inspire, or if you want a highly professional agent check out Park and Bailey.

Dear Nikita Thank you for your recent feedback, it goes without saying that we take on board all feedback, both positive and constructive, to help maintain our usual high levels of customer service. We are aware of the events of your property sale which fell through in November 2016 and, as with any sale that does not make it to completion, we understand completely how this would have been a stressful and upsetting time for you. Unfortunately during our usual and regular sales progression calls we were not informed of the aborted transaction by the agent at the bottom of the chain (we later received an apology from them acknowledging that they had failed to inform us) so please rest assured that at no point did we conceal any information from you; we simply could not update you on something we had not been made aware of. We are proud of our strong reputation in Crawley for providing exceptional customer service and the vast majority of our reviews show how highly thought of we are by our clients. We work hard every single day to prove that we are the trusted local experts from Crawley and surrounding areas. We are sorry that your transaction in 2016 did not reach the conclusion we had all hoped and worked hard to try and achieve and we are equally sorry that after all this time you still feel let down despite our investigation and response at the time. Please rest assured this is not ‘just a job’ for any of us, this is a family run business and we have all chosen this industry as our long term career, we care passionately about the happiness of our clients and helping them achieve their move. We sincerely hope that you are now happy in your new home and should you want to discuss your case, or our response further, we ask that you contact us direct on 01293 529999 or email info@homes-partnership.co.uk and we will do all we can to help you.

Totally disappointed as first time using and would never again due to having my time wasted!! No point showing a property that already has offer made and the one the vendor accepted - totally rubbish! - Adam please go serve other customers nothing further to discuss nor wish to hear #shambles

Dear Mr Naguthney, It is disappointing to hear of your views of your experience of Homes Partnership. Whilst I do not feel it correct to relay the exact events of your offer submission in a public place; what I can say is that your offer and handling of your offer was in line with both company standards and legislation. I understand you are frustrated that the offer made was not accepted but the other offer received was nearly 10% higher than yours so I am sure you understand that this is why your offer was not acceptable. We handle all offers fairly and openly and do not make preference to any buyer over another unless it is in the interest of the seller. It is for this reason that your offer of a gift to a staff member if your offer was accepted would always be turned down. I know we have called you already today but please feel free to contact me directly should you want your concerns talked over any further. Best Regards Adam Charlton DipSP Director of Operations 01293 529999 adam@homes-partnership.co.uk

The experience I had in the beginning of my interaction with this company was great. They where helpful and friendly during my 2 years as a customer. So why the 1 star? Well when it came to the end of my lease I was left with a bad taste in my mouth. I bent over backwards to make sure that there was always someone at home to let them in to view the property when I was leaving. I gave then 3 months notice before I left. They where always friendly when they wanted to show someone the flat. But when it came time to handing back the keys it wasn't so great. I was stuck at work (it happens sometimes in life) and was arrived when the agency was closed I didn't feel comfortable putting keys and important documents through a letter box. So I was going to arrange to drop the keys off sometime the next day. So I get a very rude phone call first thing the next day from a very rude man who spoke to me in a threatening tone and spoke over me when I tried to reply to him and they charged me a full days rent. Yea I agree I didn't hand the keys back in time but is it necessary to speak to a loyal customer in such tone and charge me a full days rent for being half a day late? Come now there is no need to treat people as if they are trash. Disappointed with the whole thing. I'm not surprised the landlord has switched agencies now. And why am I being charged when they have a set of keys anyway?

Dear Mr Darkes, Thank you for your feedback, it goes without saying that we take all feedback, both positive and constructive, on-board to help acknowledge excellent customer service and to improve any areas that we can improve on. It was great to hear that for two years your interactions with Homes Partnership were great - this is what we come to work to do and I am happy we were fulfilling our promise. It is a shame that the end of the tenancy, and in particular the key return process, did not go to plan and you felt the process could have been handled better by us. It would be great if you could call me to let me know all the facts involved so I can make sure our processes are improved in the future. I will try and call you myself shortly to let you know I have responded and hopefully have a chance to discuss. I do hope that you do not judge the entire company by this one experience. We strive to provide a positive customer experience and it seems we did so for two whole years prior to this event. I hope that you can allow us another opportunity to prove how great we are whenever a property need arises. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind Regards Adam Charlton Business Development Manager 01293 529999 adam@homes-partnership.co.uk
