Homes Partnership were very easy to get in touch with and accommodating to our needs regarding property management. Ashleigh was very well informed and able to answer all our questions, and had prepared material far beyond what we expected to help explain all our options at the very first meeting. I have just sold the second of two properties through HP in the last year (and have quite a lot of experience of agencies over the last thirty) and have found HP to be a very sound and reliable agency - pretty much everyone that picks up the 'phone in fact. From Paul's initial valuation to completion. They have done very well to secure me excellent pricing on both properties and equally importantly have kept on top of the transactions through to exchange/completion. That is SO important and, whilst the agent can't make buyers/sellers/solicitors act, it does mean that I was able to have a 'conversation' with the buyers/solicitors when necessary and it did help keep both sales on track. Also, they are a friendly bunch who are obviously well versed in the importance of customer service. I happily recommend HP to you.

Brilliant! - All the team at HP are great and really know how to treat their customers. I bought a property through homes partnership 3 years ago and as the sales team and after sales team were so brilliant and through there communication stopped the chain from falling apart I decided to sell my property through them. Having sold a couple of times I can honestly say homes partnership really understand how to treat customers. Paul visited me initially to discuss putting the house on the market, typically you don't see that person again. There was no big sales pitch just honesty. Paul was there throughout the whole process even to give me advice about values for my purchase. My day to day dealings were mainly with Jack who was brilliant and a real asset to HP. He always kept me informed with feedback on my property and was really accommodating to arrange viewings around my work schedule. Sarah really worked hard to ensure everyone was informed and chasing solicitors on behalf of me and my purchaser. She really takes a lot of the stress away. Again through her persistence and communication she stopped the sale from collapsing. Honestly couldn't ask for more.

Our house was sold in 2 weeks for the asking price and the excellent service continued after the property was sold. I can not recommend homes partnership enough! We initially made contact to get a valuation because we saw a property they were marketing, that we were interested in. Paul came to visit & straight away I knew they were the right company for us! I had carried out plenty of research so knew what I wanted & at what price, Paul didn’t try & sell to me, he spoke to me in plain English & didn’t waffle and try to push me into something.He was transparent with the costs & explained everything to me fully.They have an online system where you can see viewings, but always call to confirm everything first. Our house was clearly marketed at the right price because it sold within 3 weeks! We also purchased through HP so experienced both sides of their business. Once both offers were agreed & accepted we were put in Sarah Evans capable hands .... SHE IS AMAZING! I cannot describe how helpful & kind she is, she goes above and beyond her call of duty & always seems to be happy doing it.I was so stressed out during the process, she put my mind at ease & just made things a whole lot nicer �HP are not the cheapest in the town, but as with everything, you pay for what you get.Impeccable service, Thank you.
