Whilst I do not feel it correct to relay the exact events of your offer submission in a public place; what I can say is that your offer and handling of your offer was in line with both company standards and legislation. I understand you are frustrated that the offer made was not accepted but the other offer received was nearly 10% higher than yours so I am sure you understand that this is why your offer was not acceptable. We handle all offers fairly and openly and do not make preference to any buyer over another unless it is in the interest of the seller. It is for this reason that your offer of a gift to a staff member if your offer was accepted would always be turned down.
