Excellent service from start to finish. Nothing was too much, always on hand to answer any questions and always kept informed of the progress. The team are great. Would definately use Homes again (although i am not moving again!) or recommend to friends/family who are considering doing so.

I approached Homes Partnership to sell my flat in January 2017. they got it on the market quickly and got me a very quick sale at exactly the price I wanted. After accepting the offer, Sarah was then on hand to guide me through the process to completion and to answer all my questions. Everything was smooth, professional, clear and also very quick. Wasnt impressed with their web chat as asked a few questions but couldnt help, when i called the agent was polite and professional and very attentive, will revise this as and when we are looking to sell the house and they earn those extra 2 stars for the poor web chat experience. UPDATE 01.06.17 - Revised to 5 stars, met Paul personally when appraising the house the last time and he is absolutely great in every way, very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. An outside company cannot be at fault for what is otherwise a brilliant business in every respect.

I let my property out with HP, with Paul Holden managing the process. They were absolutely excellent, very efficient with queries and very little faffing about, which is unusual for estate agents. They kept me informed throughout the whole letting process, providing regular feedback. Having switched to HP from another agent, and experiencing a few other agents in the past, my opinion is that HP are by far the best agents in Crawley, with very competitive fees. As such, seems a no brainer to use them, and I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks again for the great work.

We have been really pleased with the service from Homes Partnership from start to finish. Paul Callaway was the first and offered us a professional and friendly assessment of our house and clearly set out the process for the sale. Max was a helpful and reliable link through the viewings phase and Sarah Evans has been the calm and proactive progress chaser for the final, sometimes nail biting, phase. The whole team has been a great support. We would recommend HP without reservation to anyone.

What can i say moving home is stressful but not if selling/buying with the help of the team at homes! Would highly recommend Homes to anyone looking at moving. Paul was energetic and confident in his approach to his work and never pushed us to make a snap decision unlike other corporate agents we had dealings with. Jack and Keith assisted with viewings and always had smiles and a positive view. And then when the time came Sarah was just amazing, keeping everything on track and chasing for missing details, leaving me time to get on with packing!
