From start to finish, our experience with Becca and Sue has been immaculate. We knew we'd have a bit of a wait since we were the start of a chain, but they both went out of their way to keep us informed and updated, first Becca and then Sue once the chain had completed. Poor Sue has had to talk me down a couple of times during the lead up to exchange, as it all got a bit much, but I cannot tell you the difference it's made to us as buyers to have such wonderful agents. Kind, compassionate and above all, extremely communicative - we knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. Buying a house is incredibly stressful, but Becca and Sue have made this a much better experience than it could have been. Brava, ladies! You've both been exceptional.

To be honest she took all the risk on her shoulder when our first mortgage was turned down by the lender (not our fault but the credit agency reported my partner name incorrectly). The days were stressful getting the name correction with credit agencies, speaking to the mortgage brokers, arranging the deposit amounts & co-ordinating with estate agents etc but Sue trusted us and gave us enough time to arrange the necessary paperwork etc.She went an extra mile to convince the vendors about the situation regarding the delay in the process which really helped us where we are today. Sue - please consider our sincere thanks YOU have positively impacted our lives. I take great pleasure in reviewing the service we received from Park & Bailey Coulsdon when selling our house in Old Coulsdon. Hadley's valuation visit was very professional and the subsequent advert that they provided on Rightmove etc was top notch. Rebecca in the sales office visited our house, along with other colleagues to get a look at what they are selling, which was a service I have never experienced moving before and we went under offer within a fortnight.
