Park & Bailey - Coulsdon

We are so grateful to Ruby Moss at Park & Bailey for her exceptional support throughout the sale of our home. After a disappointing experience with other estate agents, Ruby brought a sense of calm, clarity, and professionalism that was deeply reassuring. She handled the entire process with care and attention, guiding us through a smooth and thoughtful transition. Her communication was always timely, her advice considered, and her dedication evident from start to finish. We truly felt looked after and confident in her hands. Thank you, Ruby, for making a potentially stressful time feel manageable and even hopeful. We would not hesitate to recommend you to others looking for an honest and reliable agent.

Ruby and the team were very professional. The house sold quickly with a selling price higher than I could have imagined. Thank you team.

Excellent service from first contact advice about the market, house presentation and sale timescales; followed by agent led viewings; and through exchange and completion stages. The whole team were helpful and friendly, always willing to advise and take quick actions if needed.

Very good service throughout from every member of staff who we've been in contact with namely Ruby, Sue, Ellie and finally Luke. Smooth purchase process, no complaints.

Luke, Ruby and the entire P&B team have been fantastic. Right from listing the house to lining up viewings and conducting them professionally has meant that we have been able to secure a buyer for our house through the hard work of the team. Would recommend them for anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

Outstanding and prompt service from the entire team, especially Luke, who went above and beyond to help us find our dream home. Make sure you check them out before anyone else. Fantastic
