From start to finish, our experience with Becca and Sue has been immaculate. We knew we'd have a bit of a wait since we were the start of a chain, but they both went out of their way to keep us informed and updated, first Becca and then Sue once the chain had completed. Poor Sue has had to talk me down a couple of times during the lead up to exchange, as it all got a bit much, but I cannot tell you the difference it's made to us as buyers to have such wonderful agents.
