The service we experienced from Park & Bailey was very good. Hadley advised us initially and then Grainne and the sales team did a very good job of organising viewings. They were enthusiastic about the house (with potential buyers) and quick to give us feedback. Once the sale was agreed, the Progression Team (initially Sue and then Damien) were very proactive in monitoring the progress of the whole chain and keeping us and our buyers informed - as well as exerting some pressure when needed and advising us along the way. Overall it was a great experience.

Grainne accommodated our on the day request to view a property later on that evening. This was an accompanied visit and Grainne kindly showed us around the property herself, and she provided us with all the relevant information which we found very helpful.
