Park & Bailey - Coulsdon

Excellent service from start to finish of a long and stressful process. The team were always there to help and were incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, can't recommend more highly!

We have used Park & Bailey twice over the years, on both occasions it has been a very positive experience, the house sold very quickly and without any issues, Luke & Ruby were both very professional and kept us updated during the process, we wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend them in the future.

P&B have been really helpful and accommodating helping us find our dream home. Luke organised a couple of viewings and Ruby showed us around. Big thanks to Ruby who had all the answers to our many questions and was very helpful explaining everything to us.

Ruby was really lovely and very patient in showing me the property. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she genuinely took my requirements into account rather than just trying to sell. It was a really positive experience.

I have been dealing with Ruby at the Coulsdon office, she has been amazing. Everything has run smoothly due to her professionalism. She is also very helpful and friendly and always makes time to answer any queries I may have. For these reasons I'd be happy to recommend her.

Ruby was very helpful and efficient in arranging our viewings. She is also very bright and friendly in person and didn't rush us as we looked around. She answered all of our questions easily and obviously knew a lot about the local area.

Thank you to Park and Bailey for selling our house in Coulsdon. A special thank you to Ruby who worked hard on promoting our home and finding us the perfect buyers.

I met Ruby when she showed me round my dream property. She was friendly, polite, punctual and informative. Our communications since have been efficient, clear and fun! A pleasure to deal with. An asset you the company :-)
