From the initial pre-sale meeting through to our property exchange has been a great experience. The team at P&B are great to work with, and have really pushed the sale. They have been pro-active to help resolve some issues/concerns that occurred which helped keep the sale on track . I don't think we would have exchanged by now without P&B. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The service we experienced from Park & Bailey was very good. Hadley advised us initially and then Grainne and the sales team did a very good job of organising viewings. They were enthusiastic about the house (with potential buyers) and quick to give us feedback. Once the sale was agreed, the Progression Team (initially Sue and then Damien) were very proactive in monitoring the progress of the whole chain and keeping us and our buyers informed - as well as exerting some pressure when needed and advising us along the way. Overall it was a great experience.
