Park & Bailey - Coulsdon

Exceptional service! Park & Bailey have been fantastic throughout our buying process - always incredibly helpful, supportive and professional! Highly recommended.

Since the first viewing the staff at the Coulsdon office were fantastic. Very informative and had a good knowledge of the area. The process of making and offer and having it accepted was professional and speedy.

Grainne took us to two properties on Tuesday. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Also very easy to get on with. We enjoyed the latest experience of Park and Bailey who helped us buy our first house in Caterham in 1976. Peter Wright, Barham, Kent.

Ruby was professional and personable and provided great service in our search for the right home; keeping us up to speed all the way, and being knowledgable on the property and the local area

Park and Bailey in Coulsdon have been very easy and efficient to deal with. The staff in the office are professional and someone always answers the phone. The use of an app to schedule viewings is particularly useful. The staff who attend viewings are very friendly and approachable - Drew and Ruby in particular were lovely. A very good experience overall.

We had a very challenging process but with the fantastic support of Ruby Moss, Rebecca and Grainne we have ended up with the house of our dreams and couldn’t be happier.

Bought and sold via Park and Bailey - a really smooth process. We had a buyer pull out but Park and Bailey kept the chain going. Super communicative and overall a pleasant experience!

I've come across many estate agents and Park and Bailey have genuinely been one of the best. We both sold and bought through them and they were great throughout making a stressful process as smooth as possible. They have a dedicated completion team which is a USP

Grainne was really helpful during our house search. She listened to our criteria and didn't send us listings for unsuitable or unaffordable houses (like some other agents). She always followed up after viewings, was quick to bring new, suitable properties to our attention, and was available and communicative throughout the process.

We are absolutely delighted to have worked with Park & Bailey throughout the purchase of our new home. The communication was brilliant and extremely efficient. Sue and Damien made the whole process run very smoothly and one their best for us. Thanks again.
