At each point along the way we were kept informed and updated. Not only that, the staff genuinely cared about us as a family and listened to our specific needs and concerns. As our purchase progressed we spoke to different people, the number of people that managed our case appeared to be kept to a minimum, just two or three. Meaning that we always had a named person to speak with.  Each member of staff was skilled and knowledgeable about the purchase process and knew our case well, which definitely eased the stress.
