We bought a house marketed by park & Bailey. We ended up looking for around 5 months before we eventually found our home. Park & Bailey were by far the most professional and helpful agents we viewed with (and we viewed about 25 properties in the end). The others required a lot of chasing, were hard to make bookings with and were very unhelpful with the offer process. Park & Bailey are the only ones in my view on par with central London agents, and as a purchaser, I would definitely consider them if you are selling!

I highly recommend Park and Bailey, they are professional and contactable. The team are always available on the phone and will always contact you back…unlike some Estate Agents. The staff are friendly and helpful and understand the stresses of moving. Once an offer was accepted they chased up the progress regularly until completion. Fantastic team, no complaints and would definitely use them again.
