Excellent service, Park & Bailey were by far the best estate agents we met with after viewing 12 properties. Ruby was fantastic and really attentive to what we were looking for. When the first property we viewed with her wasn't quite right for us, she listened to what we needed and then found us the perfect place - which is now our forever home! Park and Bailey in Coulsdon have been very easy and efficient to deal with. The staff in the office are professional and someone always answers the phone. The use of an app to schedule viewings is particularly useful. The staff who attend viewings are very friendly and approachable - Drew and Ruby in particular were lovely.
