Park and Bailey in Coulsdon have been very easy and efficient to deal with. The staff in the office are professional and someone always answers the phone. The use of an app to schedule viewings is particularly useful. The staff who attend viewings are very friendly and approachable - Drew and Ruby in particular were lovely.
