We had some issues with a third party but Charlotte was chasing constantly and advising me of her progress. It was a hard slog but we got there in the end and I am so appreciative. We sold and bought our new house through Mortimors at Clitheroe in 25/26 and the whole team were fantastic. As is the nature of buying and selling, the process didn’t always run smoothly due to land registry checks and solicitor hold ups. Ben and Charlotte went above and beyond, helping us to feel relaxed and confident in the process, and liaising with all relevant parties. Charlotte especially dealt with SO many queries and delays on our behalf, really pushing to get us over the line by our required date.
