They weren’t even our estate agent (they were the agents for the property we were buying)! I recently bought a house through Mortimer's. Highly recommended, easy from start to finish. Lewis handled the sale extremely professionally, very accomodating in arranging additional viewings and the communication throughout the process was great!

Dealt with Ben, Ella & Lewis - but as things progressed, Ella became the main contact. Fortunately/unfortunately once the property went live, interest was high & the viewings came flooding in. I struggled to keep pace initially - it would seem that I would receive an email & before I had chance to read it, I would receive a phone call. On reflection, that was someone doing their job - once we got the measure of each other, things became much easier & Ella proved to be very good at being the conduit between me & the buyer, also at gently nudging things along. First time I have sold a house - all the team provided help along the way, without being "in your face". Very pleased that Mortimers were our Estate Agents of choice. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We bought a house via Mortimers, while selling a house in a different area with another estate agent. Mortimers were the only company (estate agents and solicitors) that actually bothered to keep us regularly updated about both our purchase and our sale (through another agent!) When everything was eventually finalised, Mortimers came to meet us as our new house with the keys and with a welcome pack of treats. 100% recommend Mortimers Estate Agents.
