Mortimers were the only company (estate agents and solicitors) that actually bothered to keep us regularly updated about both our purchase and our sale (through another agent!) Amazing service from Mortimers when selling and buying our house, particularly Ella. She was brilliant, went above and beyond to help out and support us through a very stressful sale. Ella was always on hand for an email or phone call, to help with any little question, or even just the reassurance that we frequently needed.
