Having discussed our sale with 4 local agencies, Ed at Mortimers spent time to fully evaluate our home and to suggest a selling price that was substantially greater than the others, fully explaining the rational and giving us the benefit of his extensive local knowledge. The house sold for the proposed price fully confirming Mortimers as the right choice for our sale.
