As is the nature of buying and selling, the process didn’t always run smoothly due to land registry checks and solicitor hold ups. Ben and Charlotte went above and beyond, helping us to feel relaxed and confident in the process, and liaising with all relevant parties. Charlotte especially dealt with SO many queries and delays on our behalf, really pushing to get us over the line by our required date.
