Mortimers

Kyen has been amazing recently helping myself and my partner move into our first home. We have just got in today with no fuss and one of the smoothest situations all thanks to Mortimers and especially Kyen so we thank you!!

I have dealt with Mortimers many times and their service is always most professional and efficient.

Started renting a property through Mortimers and Kyen was so helpful with everything. Would definitely recommend.

Very helpful staff to help me rent my property out, Kyen has been helping me along the way and sorted any problems I had. Thank you very much

We recently closed on my old house and I was so impressed with Charlotte and Ben and everything they did to help push it through. We had some issues with a third party but Charlotte was chasing constantly and advising me of her progress. It was a hard slog but we got there in the end and I am so appreciative. Thank you both so much!! I would 100% recommend.

Excellent and professional team, especially Dan - very friendly. Would recommend

We recently purchased our home through Mortimers Clitheroe. The whole team were professional and friendly. A special thank you to Harrison for his patience and perseverance; and to Chris for his wealth of knowledge and making viewings so enjoyable.

A real positive experience using Mortimers. They were very professional and very proactive in their approach. Both Sam Grundy and Rachael Howard-Cofield were particularly supportive in helping me find my new tenant. Fully recommended.

We sold and bought our new house through Mortimors at Clitheroe in 25/26 and the whole team were fantastic. As is the nature of buying and selling, the process didn’t always run smoothly due to land registry checks and solicitor hold ups. Ben and Charlotte went above and beyond, helping us to feel relaxed and confident in the process, and liaising with all relevant parties. Charlotte especially dealt with SO many queries and delays on our behalf, really pushing to get us over the line by our required date. We want to thank you for all you did in helping us find our dream home. We would highly recommend the whole team at Clitheroe to anyone. Ben, Charlotte, Harrison and the rest of the team are all individually a pleasure to deal with, hard working and extremely knowledgeable! 5 stars isn’t really enough 😊👍

Clitheroe Branch - Dan Grundy has been very helpful throughout the letting process. All processes explained and kept me informed/updated every step of the way. Thank you Dan, much appreciated.
